Our Story

Scheduling Shouldn't Require a PhD

StitchLink was born from years of frustration — coordinating people across different time zones, organizations, and calendar systems. Too many email chains. Too many “does 3pm work for everyone?” messages. We built the tool we wished existed.

The Problem

Scheduling is Broken

Every team does the same dance: send a message, wait for replies, juggle timezones, send a poll, get partial responses, follow up again. For cross-company meetings with multiple people, it's worse — nobody wants to share their full calendar with strangers.

Average scheduling coordination takes 8+ emails
59% of knowledge workers spend 30+ min/week on scheduling
Polls create noise — not decisions
Our Answer

Just Find the Time

StitchLink cross-references everyone's real availability — not self-reported, not “best guess” — and finds the slot that actually works. Automatically. Guests don't create accounts, don't fill out polls, and don't share more than free/busy status.

One link. Zero friction for guests.
Deterministic math — not AI guesswork
Calendar data purged after computation

What We Believe

Three principles guide every decision we make — from the algorithm to the UI.

Simplicity First

If scheduling a meeting takes more effort than the meeting itself, the tool has failed. We obsess over removing every unnecessary step — for hosts and guests alike.

One link gets everyone coordinated.

Privacy by Design

We only ever see free/busy status — never event titles, attendee names, or locations. After finding the right time, all calendar data is permanently purged.

Zero-retention architecture.

Zero Friction for Guests

We'll never ask a guest to create an account, download an app, or jump through hoops. Every extra click destroys the scheduling experience — so we eliminated them all.

No signups. No passwords. No hassle.

Built Different

Not another Calendly clone. StitchLink solves a fundamentally different problem.

Cross-Organization

OLD

Legacy tools work inside one company. When you need to schedule across organizations, you're back to email.

NEW

StitchLink was designed from day one for cross-company scheduling — Google meets Microsoft meets iCloud.

Real Availability

OLD

Polls ask people to self-report their availability. People forget, approximate, or just don't respond.

NEW

We check actual calendars, with permission, and compute the answer mathematically. No back-and-forth.

Architectural Privacy

OLD

Most tools store your full calendar data indefinitely. Event titles, attendee names, locations — all indexed.

NEW

We never see event content. Only free/busy. Ephemeral tokens. Data is purged after the time is found.

No Guest Accounts

OLD

"Please create a free account to view this scheduling link." The fastest way to lose a guest.

NEW

Guests click one link, authorize once, and they're done. No passwords. No profiles. No friction.
