1. Introduction

This Abuse Policy outlines the unacceptable uses of the StitchLink platform, operated by Project Kaz LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By using our Service, you agree to abide by this policy. We take abuse seriously and operate on a strict, zero-tolerance basis to protect our users and infrastructure.

This policy is part of, and incorporated into, our main Terms of Service.

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not use StitchLink to engage in, facilitate, or encourage any of the following activities:

  • Spam and Unsolicited Communications: You may not use our scheduling tools to send bulk, unsolicited emails or meeting invitations. All communications sent through StitchLink must be to individuals who have a reasonable expectation of receiving a meeting request from you.
  • Phishing and Deception: You may not include links to malware, phishing sites, or any deceptive content within meeting titles, descriptions, or user profiles.
  • Impersonation: You may not create accounts or send meeting requests using false identities, spoofed email addresses, or by pretending to be an individual or organization you are not authorized to represent.
  • Infrastructure and API Abuse: You may not attempt to bypass our rate limits, scrape our platform, reverse-engineer our code, or use automated bots to rapidly create meetings in a way that degrades the performance of our Service for other users.
  • Illegal Content: You may not use the Service to promote, coordinate, or facilitate any illegal activities.
3. Enforcement and Termination

Project Kaz LLC reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to investigate any suspected violation of this policy. If we determine that an account has engaged in abusive behavior, we will take immediate action.

Enforcement actions may include, but are not limited to:

  • Immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account without prior notice.
  • Cancellation of all pending meetings and invitations associated with your account.
  • Forfeiture of any paid subscription fees (no refunds will be issued for accounts terminated due to abuse).
  • Reporting the abusive behavior to relevant law enforcement agencies or third-party service providers.
