Cisco Webex + StitchLink

Auto-generate Webex meeting links for every scheduled booking — no manual link coordination needed.

StitchLink integrates with Cisco Webex to automatically generate meeting links whenever a booking is confirmed. Hosts connect their Webex account once, and every future meeting gets a unique Webex link — attached to the calendar event and shared with all participants instantly.

How to Set Up the Webex Integration

Step-by-step configuration guide

  1. Create a StitchLink account — visit stitchlink.ai and click "Get Started Free." No credit card required.
  2. Connect your calendar — go to Settings → Calendars and connect your Google or Microsoft calendar via one-click OAuth.
  3. Connect Webex — go to Settings → Integrations and click "Connect Webex." You will be redirected to Cisco's OAuth consent screen. Approve the permissions to allow StitchLink to create meetings on your behalf.
  4. Create a new meeting — from your StitchLink dashboard, create a new meeting and select "Webex" as the video conferencing location.
  5. Share your booking link — send your unique booking page URL to participants. They can see your real-time availability and pick a time that works — no account required.
  6. Meeting confirmed automatically — when a participant books, StitchLink auto-generates a Webex meeting link and sends it to everyone in the confirmation email and calendar invite.

  • Store meeting content or attendee lists
