When do I get paid?
Commissions enter a 60-day qualification window to prevent fraud. Once qualified and above the $50 threshold, payouts are processed monthly via Stripe.
What happens if a referral cancels?
If a referred user cancels or requests a refund within 60 days, the pending commission is voided. After 60 days, chargebacks trigger a clawback. This protects both you and us from fraudulent signups.
Can I refer myself?
No. Our automated fraud detection system blocks self-referrals by matching partner and user email addresses. Same-domain corporate referrals are flagged but allowed for legitimate coworker recommendations.
