What happens when I cancel?+
Your account downgrades to the Free plan at the end of your billing period. No data is deleted — you keep access to your meeting history and settings.
Can I change plans later?+
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your dashboard. When upgrading, you'll be prorated for the remainder of your billing period. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current period.
Is my calendar data safe?+
StitchLink uses architectural blindness — we only see busy/free time slots, never event titles, descriptions, or attendees. All data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit.
Do I need a credit card for the free plan?+
No. Sign up with Google or Microsoft OAuth and start scheduling immediately. We'll only ask for payment info if you choose to upgrade.
What's the difference between Team and Enterprise?+
Team is per-seat pricing at $6/seat/month (billed annually) — choose exactly how many seats you need (2–100). Enterprise starts at $15/seat/month (billed annually) with a 10-seat minimum, and adds SSO, priority support, guided onboarding, and a 99.5% uptime target. Both plans are fully self-serve — no sales calls required.
